Practice Overview:

Rohana Fines represents community associations in the collection of delinquent assessments, foreclosure and covenant enforcement matters.  Rohana enjoys helping community associations resolve their complex legal issues.  Rohana believes in collaborative relationships and strives to keep her communications and advice clear, concise, and practical. Prior to representing community associations, Ms. Fines worked for the Washington State Attorney General and then joined a large healthcare organization as in-house counsel.
