Samantha focuses her practice on lien enforcement, collections, and litigation on behalf of community associations. Samantha has worked with community associations for the last three years and has worked in collections and civil litigation in Washington for the last five years. Samantha is licensed in both State and Federal Court and has appeared in State courts in most counties in Washington.
Samantha has been a member of the board for numerous non-profit organizations. She also was an elected member of the Belvidere City Council in Illinois. Through these positions Samantha gained extensive experience with organization and community issues and management. Samantha's community involvement provided her the opportunity to refine her negotiation skills. Samantha's primary objective is to find practical solutions, in an efficient manner, while being mindful of the long term goals of the association. Samantha prides herself on being a compassionate and diligent advocate through attentive and dedicated service to her clients.
