Michelle Ein serves as general and litigation counsel for the firm's condominium and homeowner association clients. Michelle's strength –and her greatest professional satisfaction – comes from helping boards work efficiently through conflict, indecision, and strife, whether the source is internal or external.
Using plain language and an approachable attitude, Michelle helps boards handle covenant enforcement and interpretation, Board and member meetings, strategic planning, and construction remediation projects as they should – reasonably, and with the association members' best interests in mind.
Michelle's career started in New York State as a legislative assistant, moved into lobbying work for the state's largest public school districts, and then changed course in Washington where she did private school administration (Seattle Hebrew Academy; Lakeside School) for several years before attending law school and embarking on her present work.
Michelle loves to teach, and presents on all sorts of community association law topics for the Washington State Chapter of Community Association Institute (WSCAI) .
